Ribbit (Text messaging for VHF/UHF)

Ribbit is a new digital text messaging mode for VHF/UHF emergency communications.

This mode is still in development but I think it deserves a look. I will be digging into this more as I have spare time. I just wanted to get this out in from of everyone to see who would be interesting is playing around with is.
